Terms of Service — BrightWeb
Effective date: September 11, 2026
These terms provide a general description of how BrightWeb website services are offered through this website. Specific commercial details, timelines, deliverables and support scope are normally agreed separately with each client.
1) Services
BrightWeb may provide services including website design, redesign, front-end development, content structure support, mobile optimisation, hosting, analytics setup, maintenance, support and selected integrations such as booking or enquiry systems.
2) Project scope
Every project is different. The exact scope, deliverables and payment structure for any engagement should be agreed clearly before work begins. Public references on the website do not constitute a fixed-price offer.
3) Client content and approvals
Clients remain responsible for ensuring they have the right to use logos, text, images and other materials they provide. BrightWeb may rely on client approval during planning, design, build and launch stages.
4) Hosting and support
Where hosting or maintenance is provided on an ongoing basis, the scope of support, update handling and response expectations should be agreed as part of the client arrangement. Some clients may instead choose a one-off delivery for deployment on their own hosting.
5) Availability and third-party tools
Websites may depend on third-party infrastructure or services such as hosting providers, DNS, analytics platforms, payment or booking tools. BrightWeb cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of all third-party services.
6) Liability
BrightWeb aims to provide professional, careful work, but this website does not create any warranty or guarantee of business outcome, ranking position, sales result or continuous system availability. Any specific commitments should be stated separately in project agreements.
7) Contact
